About the Opportunity
As we continue to expand our impact on healthcare accessibility, we're seeking passionate Wellness Advisors to join our growing team. You'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, connecting healthcare providers and patients with solutions that make quality care more accessible. This isn't just another sales role – it's a chance to make healthcare work better for everyone. This is a full-time, exempt role reporting to the Head of Sales, with at least one weekend work day (Saturday or Sunday) required.

Your day-to-day
Drive Customer Acquisition & Growth
- Lead consultative sales conversations with prospects
- Guide potential clients through product demonstrations and value assessments
- Convert qualified inbound leads using proven sales methodologies
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets
Manage Sales Pipeline & Customer Relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM
- Develop and execute targeted follow-up strategies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers
Lead Customer Success Initiatives
- Execute proven retention strategies to minimize customer churn
- Handle complex customer situations with professional problem-solving approaches
- Identify and address customer concerns proactively
- Create tailored solutions that address customer pain points
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets in B2C environments
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and relationship building
- Experience with CRM systems and sales technology stack
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and common sales tools
Should-Haves
- Background in telemedicine, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare technology
- Experience with subscription-based sales models
- Track record in the health and wellness industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in high-growth technology companies
- History of successful cross-functional collaboration

Compensation
- Base salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- On-target earnings potential: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
- We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location.
