Opportunity: You'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, connecting healthcare providers and patients with solutions that make quality care more accessible. This isn't just another sales role – it's a chance to make healthcare work better for everyone. This is a full-time, exempt role reporting to the Head of Sales. At least one weekend work day (Saturday or Sunday) may be required.
 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Drive Customer Acquisition & Growth

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with prospects, understanding their unique healthcare challenges and aligning Alan Health's solutions to their needs
  • Guide potential clients through product demonstrations and value assessments
  • Convert qualified inbound leads into long-term customers using proven sales methodologies

Manage Sales Pipeline & Customer Relationships

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM
  • Develop and execute targeted follow-up strategies to nurture leads
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets

Excel in Customer Retention

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term success
  • Identify and address customer concerns proactively
  • Execute proven retention strategies to minimize customer churn
  • Handle complex customer situations with professional problem-solving approaches

Lead Customer Winback Initiatives

  • Reconnect with former customers through personalized outreach campaigns
  • Understand past challenges and demonstrate Alan Health's continued evolution
  • Create tailored solutions that address previous pain points
  • Convert winback opportunities through strategic relationship rebuilding

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to not just close deals, but to build lasting relationships that drive sustainable growth for both our customers and Alan Health.

 

What you’ll bring:

Experience & Track Record

  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets in B2C environments
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and relationship building
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology stack

  • Expert at identifying customer needs and crafting solutions

The ideal candidate will combine sales excellence with a genuine interest in healthcare innovation and a drive to make a difference in people's lives.
 

The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with total on-target earnings potential ranging from $90,000 to $110,000. Actual total compensation may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, location, skills, and scope.
